My package hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
Please wait 20 business days before contacting us. Afterwards, we will file a claim on your package and send you a replacement! If your package is marked as delivered, unfortunately there is nothing we can do :(
When will my order be shipped? How long will it take?
The following Monday! We typically fill orders on the weekend, and they are shipped out on Mondays. It typically takes 4-5 days, but with the mailing system now, who knows!
Can you hold my order so I can save on shipping? How much is shipping? Do you offer international shipping?
We're sorry, but no we do not hold orders. Our shipping is a flat rate, $6.50USD anywhere within the US and $25USD anywhere internationally. Yes, we offer international shipping! We recommend buying as much as you can in one order to save on shipping, because the flat rate price will not change! (If there is some type of emergency, or you’re traveling and not home- we will try to help accommodate you. Please feel free to reach out!)
Can I return something if I change my mind? Can I get a refund? How long will a refund take?
There are no returns, or refunds once an item is shipped. (With the exception of broken items, or a misprinting in plates. Please send us a photo of your issue, and we’ll do our best to help!) If you want something removed from your order (before it is shipped) the refund will take 5-10 business days.

Do you host any challenges? Where can I find them?
That is going to be in our Pretty Fingers By Robin Stamping Plates - https://www.facebook.com/groups/2015100408695359 Laurie Clout hosts our monthly collab/challenge! Just search her name in the group, and you’ll find all the info you need. She will post a prompt/inspo/challenge, and then you post the manicure you created in the comments of that post! Only rule- MUST USE Pretty Fingers plates.
Do you take plate requests? Do you make custom plates?
We are ALWAYS open to suggestions. As far as custom plates- Unfortunately we only order plates in quantities of 100. Custom plates would be expensive, and take anywhere from 2-3 months- but feel free to reach out for more details.
Where do you get the images for your plates?
We source our images from many locations! Some are AI inspired, (we do NOT use pure AI art. We get IDEAS from AI, that is all.) and we have a few personal artists on our team Amanda, Adrian, and Kaycee. We are ALWAYS in search of new artists who are looking for a chance to put themselves out there, please reach out if that’s you!! Etsy is where we get the majority of our images, occasionally we’ll venture out to smaller image selling platforms.
Can I combine orders?
Unfortunately, no :( Shopify has not implemented that feature yet. BUT we will try our best to help. If you need something added to an order, let us know- we will add it if we can. If you are worried something will sell out, go ahead and place another order. We will refund shipping for one, cancel it, and add the items to the existing order.
I forgot to use a code! Can you add it?
We cannot add a code to an item that has already been paid, but if you’re worried about the PR person not being tipped- let us know, we will make a note of it! They deserve credit for their beautiful manicures that inspired you to buy that plate.
The plate I wanted is sold out, will it come back?
There is a chance that it could come back! Every time we place an order for new products, we post a poll a few weeks prior where you can vote on previously released plates! We typically pick the top 5-10 liked/voted for plates. Pretty Fingers By Robin Stamping Plates - https://www.facebook.com/groups/2015100408695359 is where the poll is posted. An @everyone tag will be used to notify everyone when the post goes up. Just keep an eye out!
Do you offer discount codes? How do I find one?
We have multiple people out promoting for us at a time- but each one of them will have a unique code! We really encourage you to follow or interact with them. Every time you use a PR code, you get a discount AND we tip that amazing artist! Please please please, look for a code!
